Greetings, Everyone!

My name is James.  I live in Northeastern, USA.  I am a huge Tom Tancredo supporter!  I am praying that he get's the nomination for the Republican party so that we have an opportunity to take back our country!

I am a Christian.  I believe the Bible.  I am politically conservative.  It goes without saying, therefore, that I am pro-life, pro 2nd amendment, pro 1st amendment, pro US sovereignty, pro LEGAL immigration.

If anyone is interested, I have an ID on YouTube too, by essentially the same name: james4tancredo .  Check out the videos there and let me know what you think!  And if you are a Tom Tancredo supporter, make sure to e-mail the Admin to get a profile set-up for you so that you can get active here for Tom Tancredo and for America!!

Greetings, Everyone,

I hope you are all getting accustomed to the site.  We are going to add tutorials to the site, possibly in flash or maybe in PDF.  We're going to add some kind of "User Manual" for the site.  Laughing

More than that though, we will have major functional addtions to the site, hopefully by next week.  So, we hope that you'll be active in filling out your profile and adding to your blog.

We would like everyone to begin inviting fellow Tanc supporters to the site.  Please read our Terms and Conditions for further guidelines on this.

One last thing: If you have not noticed, whenever you add posts to the site, there is a drop-down menu at the bottom of each selection for "Access restrictions."  The default right now is set to "Logged in users."  We may change this in the future, but we would like you to be chosing "Public" as much as possible.  We understand that not everything will be set to "Public" but we do want non-member site visitors to be able to read posts, comments, etc., on here as much as possible.

Take care and enjoy your time on here!

Kind Regards,

James4Tancredo

I want to thank everyone for a very positive weekend here on TANCREDO Fan Campaign.  I am thrilled.  We are seeing new people join, new faces appear and lots of energy.  I could not be happier, after just a few days after opening this fan web-site for Tom Tancredo.

We have received many compliments and we have seen several of you successfully invite new participators.  This ought to make you feel good.  Keep it up.  Keep the Tanc supporters coming!  We have MAJOR plans for this site in the coming weeks!  We all want to see Tom Tancredo get the nomination and we want to take our country back!

Hello, everyone!  Just wanted everyone to take note of the fact that we are now the "Official Fan Web-site of Tom Tancredo"!  This is amazing news!  So, we have retitled our site from "Unofficial" to "Official"!

I would also like everyone, if they haven't already done so, to go and check out the new TeamTancredo.org web-site!  We just released a new design for the campaign

Greetings, everyone.  I was in New Hampshire again this weekend for several events with Tom.  I was privileged and honored and everything went so well!

I was at the Reagan Dinner up in Whitefield on Friday night.  Great speech by Tom.   Stayed overnight in NH, got up early Saturday morning, went to the Londonderry GOP Annual Breakfast.  Tom's speech there was MOST amazing!  I have both on video and will be adding them to YouTube soon.

We drove up to Keene, NH after the Londonderry event, where Tom submitted his own carved pumkin.  The Cartwrights are to be credited with this idea.  You cannot imagine how successful this was.  MANY people came up to Tom, shook his hand and wished him well.  MANY even said they want him to be President!  Got lots of video from this event in Keen too!  Very exciting!

This is just a brief post.  I have been so busy the past couple days that I haven't even had time to get on here and respond to messages and comments and post to the blog.  I hope to add more soon.

Greetings, everyone!

I want to announce that we have selected Anne Cartwright for the position of Vice President for TANCREDO Fan Campaign.

Anne and I, along with her husband Joseph, were the original creators and developers of the TANCREDO Fan Campaign.  So, it is with great honor that Anne accepts the postion of Vice President for our Official Fan Web-site of Tom Tancredo.

In acceptance of this position, Anne said, "I would be honored to try my best to fulfill that title's position. ...The cause is greater than the individual."  Anne is one of the most faithful supporters of Tom Tancredo that any of you could ever meet.  Furthermore she is full of wisdom and knowledge.  She even told me that she prays daily for this wisdom.

Please join me in welcoming Anne Cartwright as Vice President for the TANCREDO Fan Campaign.

Greetings, again!  More videos!

As I said, I was in New Hampshire this past weekend, for the Reagan Dinner, the Londonderry GOP Annual Breakfast, the Pumpkin Festival in Keene, etc.  These second set of three videos are from the Annual Londonderry GOP Breakfast and I will have more to follow from the event in Keene (Reagan Dinner speech already posted).

Part 1:

Part 2:

Part 3:

And as always, you can view all of my videos at James4Tancredo.  If you're on YouTube as a member, you can request to be added as a friend and you can add my videos as favorites, add comments, rate my videos, etc., etc.

P.S. - I would like to note the following, which I also posted in the description of the videos, "Saturday morning, the 20th of October, I had the privilege again of being at another GOP gathering with Tom as a keynote speaker and candidate for President. This speech was thrilling to listen to! The surrogate for McCain spoke right before Tom and in a sly way made a negative comment against Tom, calling him a one-issue candidate. Tom certainly dispelled that in his speech! Make sure to listen to all three parts."

If you have not called your US Senators about the Law of the Sea Treaty, YOU NEED TO!  President Bush is trying to push this again!!

Get informed before this thing sails on through and we are LOST!

Call your US Senators and tell them not to vote for this treaty.  It will undermine our sovereignty and give China and Russian a major edge over us.

The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Senator from Illinois is recognized.

Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, many speeches are made on the floor, many amendments are offered, many bills, and many resolutions. Very few of them cause a ripple. A handful of people may follow them closely, a handful of people may care. The DREAM Act is a different thing. The DREAM Act is a bill which I thought about and introduced years ago, and it has finally reached this moment of truth where it comes to the floor of the Senate. The reason why this bill will be noticed is that literally thousands of young people across America know that their fate and future will be determined by this vote.

Yesterday, I had a press conference with three of these young people. A Congressman from the State of Colorado sent out a press release arguing that these three young people should be arrested in the Capitol. Of course, he didn't take the time to determine that they are all here now with the understanding of and disclosure to the Department of Homeland Security. But his press release is an indication of how badly this debate is going in America. To turn on these children and treat them as criminals is an indication of the level of emotion and, in some cases, bigotry and hatred that is involved in this debate.

America is better than that. America is a better nation than what we hear from the likes of that Congressman. What crime did these children commit? They committed the crime of obeying their parents; following their parents to this country. Do you think there was a vote in the household about their future? I don't think so. Mom and dad said: We are leaving. And the kids packed their suitcases and followed. That is their crime. That is the only crime you can point to. What did they do after they got here? To qualify under the DREAM Act, they had to make certain they didn't commit a crime while living in America; they had to have good moral character and beat the odds and graduate from high school. That is the only way they can qualify for this.

Then what do we say? Not enough. If you want to be legal in America, you have to do one of two things: Volunteer to serve in our military, to risk your life for America, and then we will give you a chance to be citizens. But even that is not good enough for some. Some argue, no, we don't want them in our military. We don't need them. Well, the people involved in our military know better. They know these are the kind of bright, promising young people who can serve our country with distinction and they tell us that.

What else could they do? They can pursue their education to show they are serious about making something out of their lives. These are the only two ways they get a chance. That is what the DREAM Act is all about.

I could go for an hour or more with stories of these young people whom I have met. They are hopeful and heartbreaking at the same time. They are hopeful stories because these are young people who have the same dreams my children have, the same dreams every American child has: to have a good life, a good family, and do something important in their lives. That is all they want.

The young woman from India I met in Chicago wants to be a dentist. The young man from Mexico, who is now pursuing his graduate degree in biomedical science, wants to go into research. A young girl from Texas is a graduate of nursing school but can't find a job because she is a person without a country. Tomorrow's teachers and engineers and scientists. All they are asking for is a chance. That is the hopeful side of it.

The heartbreaking side of it is these are kids without a country. They have nowhere to turn. Tam Tran, who is with us today and who joined me yesterday, has been through an arduous journey, starting in Vietnam, going to Germany, then coming to the United States. Her family can't return to Vietnam and face persecution, and Germany would not have her. She doesn't even speak German. Yet our government tells her: Leave. She graduated from UCLA. She wants to pursue a degree and be a professor.

Leave. We don't want you. Is that the message? If it is, it is the wrong message. Because time and again we are told we need talent in America to be a successful and prosperous nation. We are told we need to bring in talent from overseas with our H-1B visas and the H-2B visas. Well, how can we, on one side of the argument, say we need more talent and then turn these children away, turn these young people away? Give them a chance. Give them hope. Give them a chance to prove themselves in this country.

This bill puts them through a long process. It will not be easy. Some will not make it. Most will not make it. But those who do will make this a better Nation. Isn't that what we should be about?

I would imagine that you are signed up on NumbersUSA and participate there, but, I thought I would share this quote - contained in the victory e-mail that was sent out on the DREAM Act - about Brownback's pro-amnesty vote:

"Brownback began to vote somewhat better on immigration once he entered the Presidential campaign and started talking to voters especially in Iowa. But he dropped out of the race last week. So, it appears he will go back to his championship for illegal immigration and foreign workers that he demonstrated before he started looking for votes nationally."

I would like to point out how Brownback went back to his old ways once he dropped out. This should be an indicator to people on the other candidates, that they will go back to their old ways once they lose.  And for the one that wins - if it is not Tom Tancredo - he will go back to his old ways too once he doesn't have the pressure of competition from Tom Tancredo!  So, Tom NEEDS to win the nomination!

Greetings, everyone!  I have successfully installed new forum software!

Presently, there are three communities on our site.  New Hampshire Supporters, Iowa Supporters and now Think Tanc!

We now have forums associated with these communities!!!

Iowa Supporter Forum

New Hampshire Supporter Forum

Think Tanc Forum

In order to participate, all you need to do is join each of these communities.  If we need more communities added, I will be able to do that right away.  At the moment, we have two of the campaign states as communities.  This is just to get things rolling.

However, if for instance, someone would want me to start a California Supporters community and forum - for instance - I could do that.  I will create them as the requests come in.  I would ask only that there be at least two site members that are from that state and that each want to join that community right away after it's creation, in order for me to go to the work of creating it.
