SovereignMan -- Florida :: Blog :: Another United Nations Treaty designed to Replace Soverignty & Constitutional Rights

February 13, 2008

the CEDAW Treaty (Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women) is another United Nations sponsored attempt to reduce American Sovereignty and replace our Constitutional Rights with those created by foreign socialist buearucrats.
The three key points are as follows:
1. The United States Senate could ratify this treaty.  The American people will not have the opportunity to vote on CEDAW themselves.
2. Ratification of the CEDAW Treaty will bind both Federal and State Court Judges to enforce the Treaty regardless of what current Constitutional rights or protections under law currently exist.
3. Americans could be tried in International Criminal Courts if charged with violations of CEDAW.
If you agree with me that our National Sovereignty and Constitutional Rights should not be diminished by the CEDAW Treaty contact your United States Senators and express such to them.
ABOUT CEDAW
SO ARE YOU READY YET FOR LIFE UNDER THE RULE OF THE UNITED NATIONS???

  1. This is what I think:

Any discrimination is bad, and discrimination based on gender and NOT JUST AGAINST WOMEN! is bad...  however if there's is any dicrimination against women in America, then WHY do we have to report it to UN in any way??? This point # 3 is most evil!

I am a woman and I find all these things very offensive.

How many times I have to correct anybody, who knows I am married, that I am not Ms. RoxLana, I have a husband and therefore I am Mrs. And then they would treat me like a total junk!

THEEEY SHOUUULD NOOOOT BE DISCRIMINATING BASED ON MY MARITAL STAAATUS AS WEEELLLL!!! Yell

It is very offensive because I take it as if they wish to "de-man" and "de-husband" my man and my husband... by "freeing" me from the "burden" of carrying his name! By being "taktful" enough not to bring up the fact that I am marriend and not to mention my husabnd's name in public and in professional enviroment!

So, this CEDAW and any woman's right protection act / bill/ whatsoever is not about protecting any rights of any woman, it is about removing more rights and freedoms from men, from straight men, from family men, from straight family Christian men!!!!!!!

That's why I find it very-very much offensive on a very-very personal level! Cry

...and yes, I wish I could tell them all what I really think about CEDAW right in their face. But I would have to first ask my husband if I should do it... or he would rather do it himself! :-)))))))

  2. Dear SovereignMan,

    Good work.

You are correct. I am aware of this treaty but it is not the only one for which we are under attack.  UN Millennium Summit 2000

There are plans for many more leading to the formation of the world government. Right now we are at a crucial crossroad. We must keep up the calls to our Senators every time these evil agendas rear up. Do not forget that the Law of the Sea Treaty is still waiting for a vote in the Senate. Vigilance is imperative.

    God Bless

  3. Great post!

And for that matter, treaties like these will be used to explain why we must invade every country where women don't have rights. Then after about four years of unwanted occupation, we wind up deciding to allow a sharia government to stop the violence!

Instead, it's time to keep the crazies over THERE and secure our border over HERE!
