This is an interesting site. It is handy how it fits into the Trans Texas Corridor, including the ten lanes with the rail and utilities down center. It would make it easier to visit Russia and China. Russia has made it official Russian policy, maybe that is why Poutin is "Man of the Year" in Time. Let me all know if you can get the link.
