Basic Terms

2. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
3. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
4. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other TANCREDO Fan Campaign users.
5. You may not use the TANCREDO Fan Campaign service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
6. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ('Content')that you submit, post, and display on the TANCREDO Fan Campaign service.
7. TANCREDO Fan Campaign is intended for personal use and must not be used as a business solution. Professional or corporate uses of TANCREDO Fan Campaign are prohibited. Users who set-up a profile to promote their business, explicitely or implicitely, will be banned.
8. You must not modify, adapt or hack TANCREDO Fan Campaign or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with TANCREDO Fan Campaign.
9. You must not create or submit unwanted email to any TANCREDO Fan Campaign members ('Spam').
10. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
11. You must not, in the use of TANCREDO Fan Campaign, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
12. Any loss of, or damage to, data is not the responsibility of TANCREDO Fan Campaign. Use of this service is at your own risk.
13. Any supporters of other campaigns, such as Ron Paul, John McCain, etc., are welcome to visit this site, however, they may not set-up profiles and certainly may not promote that candidate on our site. If it is discovered that you are spreading propaganda against Tom Tancredo, either on your profile or through internal messages, you will be permanently banned immediately and without notice.
14. You may not copy content from other web-sites or from e-newsletters and paste / post that content on TANCREDO Fan Campaign. This also pertains to content which you have written and posted elsewhere. We recommend that you write a 2-3 paragraph synopsis (in your own words) and post this to your blog, with a link to where the original exists. (In the case of an e-newsletter, you should write a synopsis of what you received and you may add any pertinent links to your post.)
15. You may not post links (in any form) directly or indirectly to downloadable software.
16. You may not link to, either with a text link or through iframes or embedding, any chat rooms or conference rooms.
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your TANCREDO Fan Campaign account. While TANCREDO Fan Campaign prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that TANCREDO Fan Campaign cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and, despite our best efforts, may be exposed to such materials and that you use the TANCREDO Fan Campaign service at your own risk.
General Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the TANCREDO Fan Campaign service for any reason, without notice at any time.
- We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via an appropriate method. What is a 'material change' is at our discretion
