Is the war in Iraq Constitutional, according to the US Constitution?

I am not asking whether you agree with the war in Iraq, in the sense of whether you think it is a good thing or not.  That's a separate issue.  I want to know if you believe the war in Iraq is Constitutional or not, according to the US Constitution.

1. I do not believe it is Constitutional. 

   Furthermore, I do not want to ever again hear an American President reference the United Nations, its mandates, other acts or lack of action as a reason to go or not to got to war.
