I applaud presidential candidate Tom Tancredo of Colorado.  His actions and his loyalty to our country do not need translation. 

On December 9^th all Republican presidential candidates, save Tom Tancredo, will clumsily pander both to non-English-speaking couch potatoes who do not have the right to vote because they are in this country illegally; or perhaps even more sadly, to Hispanic naturalized citizens with the right to vote, who after taking an oath to willingly integrate into our society, refuse to do so.

My name is Tony Dolz.  I am a Cuban-born Hispanic immigrant and proud naturalized United States citizen.  I am married to a foreign-born immigrant.  As an immigrant family with a sizeable circle of immigrant business partners, colleagues and friends, we celebrate legal and sustainable immigration.

It may not be common knowledge about our immigration laws, but as a precondition of becoming a naturalized citizen, one has to prove that one is conversant in American history, our form of government, and our heritage; and one has to have a basic command of the English language.  It is also the law that as a condition of becoming a naturalized citizen one has to renounce any alliance to any foreign government or nation.  In addition, the new citizen must swear to support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.  Suffice it to say that title 8, section 1324 and 1325 of the Code of Federal Regulations makes it a crime to enter the United States illegally and to aid and abet illegal aliens.  The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 makes it illegal to employ illegal aliens.  No new citizens can support or assist aliens who violate our borders, work illegally or employ workers illegally without violating their oath of citizenship.

Imagine how inappropriate it would be if someone came to the naturalization swearing-in ceremony waving a foreign flag or boasting of nationalistic pride for his or her previous country of origin.  This would be a slap in the face of the people of the United States, the most immigrant-welcoming nation in the world.

Just as inappropriate, I thought, was the participation of all Democrat presidential candidates in a presidential debate conducted in Spanish by Univision in September of 2006.  Univision is a Spanish-only television network that beams its foreign cultural programming to over two million viewers in the United States.  

Some critics, like the popular governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger, see people glued to foreign language television as resisting integration into American culture.  Schwarzenegger was born in Austria and after trying very hard to become a model American, he credits his desire to integrate as an important part of his success in his career and political life.

Only United States citizens or naturalized citizens have the right to vote. The day that I took my oath as a new citizen I gained a cherished right – the right to vote.  So let’s be clear about this: no one who claims to have the right to vote on account of being a naturalized citizen can protest that they do not know English, because knowing English is a prerequisite of earning citizenship.

History is about to repeat itself.  On December 9^th all Republican candidates, except the principled Tom Tancredo, will debase themselves campaigning not as candidates who want to represent all Americans but instead as candidates who want to pander to a mosaic of non-English speaking enclaves.  These are candidates willing to put America on a path to Balkanization and eventually to irrelevance.

I am a candidate for California’s 30^th the U.S. Congressional District and although I am Hispanic, I would not accept a Spanish-only invitation to debate my opponent Henry Waxman.

Cynics claim that the bottom-feeding Republican politicians who accepted the invitation will in fact get votes for the efforts.  The reason is a dirty little secret.  Thanks to the Motor Voter Act of 1993, illegal aliens who are given the privilege to get a driver’s license, as it is possible in eight states of the union, are automatically allowed to register to vote.  Federal law prohibits a person registered to vote, legally or illegally, from being challenged at the voting booth on Election Day.  The result, as apparently was the intention with the Democrat Governor of New York Eliot Spitzer’s plan to give drivers licenses to illegal aliens, is massive voter fraud.  Would you vote for a presidential candidate who secretly aspires to score votes cast by illegal aliens fraudulently registered to vote?  There is one presidential candidate who stands apart and he is Tom Tancredo.

New York Governor Eliot Spitzer’s public relations secretary is no doubt thinking: “the Governor may be in trouble with the State’s voters and the Democrat Party, and the controversial plan to issue driver’s licenses for illegals would have forced Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton to take an extremely unpopular stand, but we dodged the bullet; President Bush has offered a valuable last minute assist.”

Doing whatever it takes to keep illegal aliens laboring for cheap wages for elitist and profiteers and even arm twisting his own party on amnesty for 20 to 30 million illegal aliens ranks higher in President Bush’s priority than border security, the rule of law and even the bringing defeat to his party in 2006 and now 2008. He will get his wish.

Governor Spitzer is paddling a sinking canoe against the opposing current of public opinion on granting New York driver’s licenses for illegal aliens. In a motor voter act state, like New York, this is exactly the same thing as giving one million illegal aliens the right to vote. In a motor voter state when a person applies for a driver’s license they can automatically be issued a voter registration at the same time. The driver’s license application asks people, such as illegal aliens, who have lied to their employers, to the Social Security Administration, to school officials, to social services administrators, to Census Bureau counters and many more, in order to live in our country illegally, if they are citizens of the United States. To answer NO is like saying, “I am an illegal alien, report me to ICE”. Does anyone expect illegal aliens to tell the truth about their immigration status? Does anyone really think that law-breaking illegal aliens have any qualms about lying to protect themselves?

Governor Spitzer’s goal is clear enough. Before issuing his Executive Order to force the Department of Motor Vehicles to issue driver’s licenses to illegal aliens, he ordered DMV to remove the word “Temporary” from the drivers licenses so there would be no way of distinguishing an illegal alien from a citizen with the right to vote. Complicating matters, the law prohibits challenging a person’s right to vote at the voting booth if they are already registered to vote. A driver’s license in New York means that a million illegal aliens could, one day, vote for Eliot Spitzer and Democrat Party candidates like Hillary Clinton, as a show of appreciation for what we may affectionately call the “Spitzer Illegal Alien Suffrage Day”.

How much opposition is there against Governor Spitzer in New York? There is enough for a fatal political injury in a head-on collision with the citizens and voters.

“Nearly three-quarters of voters – including 59% of Democrats – oppose the Governor’s plan to give driver’s licenses to undocumented aliens,” said Steven Greenberg, Siena New York Poll spokesman. “The voters’ message to the Governor is clear: ‘No, no, no.’

“Nearly two-thirds of voters believe that the Governor’s proposal poses a national security risk, and two-thirds disagree with the argument that it will lower auto insurance costs. Even most Democrats are on the opposite side of the fence from the Governor on these questions. Voters from every region of New York overwhelmingly oppose Governor Spitzer on this issue,” Greenberg said.

A half-dozen senior Democrats told the New York Post that Spitzer’s licensing plan is producing what one called “a mass exodus” away from the party’s candidates that may lead to unexpected losses in November’s local elections.

They are also warning that growing voter unhappiness with Spitzer on licensing and other issues – illustrated in several recent polls – could carry into next year and end the Democrats’ hope of winning control of the GOP-dominated state Senate.

“The driver’s-license issue is a killer for us in the suburbs,” a senior party strategist said.

"The Nassau County Legislature is in danger, and so are the big Buffalo races," said a prominent elected Democrat official, referring to election battles to retain slim Democrat control in Nassau County and to win hotly-fought contests for County Executive and Clerk in Erie County.

In the New York State Senate eight Democrats oppose the Spitzer plan, with Republicans taking a solid united stand against it.

Senate Representatives Craig M. Johnson of Nassau County, Jeffrey D. Klein of Westchester and the Bronx, Carl Kruger of Brooklyn, Diane J. Savino of Brooklyn and Staten Island, William T. Stachowski from the Buffalo area, Andrea Stewart-Cousins of Westchester, Antoine M. Thompson from the Buffalo area and David J. Valesky from the Syracuse area are among the Democrats who have risen above partisanship out of concern for the increased risk to public safety and voter fraud.

The Democrat-controlled Assembly also shows signs of dissent. Assemblywoman Aileen Gunther of Forestburgh, a fellow Democrat of Spitzer’s, voted against his plan. She had hoped the governor would have sought input from the Assembly and the residents before he announced his decision.

She reasoned, “With no input from the legislature, nor from the residents, nor think tanks, nor county clerks; it was done unilaterally and I don’t think that is the way; we have open government and I don’t think that is part of the reform process.”

A majority of the state County Clerks Association oppose the plan. Several say they will ignore it.  

Earlier this week, Rensselaer County Clerk, Frank Merola, filed a lawsuit against the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles and the DMV Commissioner, David Swarts, to try to block the policy change.

Against all the political pressure from Democrats and Republicans and from civil servants and from the state citizens, Governor Spitzer has a friend in the White House: President Bush.

President Bush has given his support for Spitzer-like driver’s licenses for illegal aliens. These illegal aliens run the spectrum of U.S. immigration law fugitives, foreign law fugitives hiding in America, potential terrorists who have overstayed their visas or crossed the border illegally, drug cartel operatives, and 20 to 30 million illegal workers who depress the wages of American workers or simply replace them, and who are bankrupting our hospitals with unpaid non-emergency medical bills.

Against this relentless opposition Governor Spitzer had backed himself into a blind alley with 20 feet high walls on three sides and a pack for wolfs of all stripes snapping at his heels, a wonderful negotiating position only in a madman’s mind.

But President Bush drove a hard bargain with Governor Spitzer: he insisted that in consideration for the federal government turning a blind eye to the special New York driver’s licenses for illegal aliens, New York would issue driver’s licenses for citizens that comply with the federal Real ID Act of 2005, which states will soon have to comply with anyway. What is implicit in this “tough bargain” from President Bush is that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), under the command of his Secretary of Homeland Security, Michael Chertoff, will not actively seek the identities of those who apply for the non-citizens category of driver’s license. This was negotiated last Saturday between President Bush, Michael Chertoff and the architect of the New York State driver’s license for illegal aliens, Governor Eliot Spitzer.

This is a trumpet call to alert all Democrats and Republicans who believe in the rule of law, and who are fed up with the President and certain opportunistic politicians who refuse to secure our borders and enforce immigration laws. These elitists’ and opportunists’ actions can be put in a few words: they make the taxpayers pay for public expenses like education, healthcare, incarceration and whatever welfare illegal alien workers need to make up for low wages exploiters pay in the pursuit of private profits. This formula of public expense for private profit has the practical consequences of waging economic class warfare. Secondarily, it is about political opportunists acting irresponsibly, for political gain, to give a massive number of illegal aliens the opportunity to vote for them illegally. The Democratic Party supports discrimination by condoning illegal migration and amnesty for illegal aliens.

These policies discriminate based on origin because 80% of illegal aliens are from Latin America, yet Latin Americans represent only 8% of the world’s population. This means Latin Americans benefit from illegal migration and amnesty for illegal aliens at a rate 30 times greater than non-Latin Americans.

Amazingly, this is the same party that in 1965 changed US immigration law to "end immigration discrimination"! In 1963 President Kennedy submitted legislation that would become the 1965 Immigration Reform Act, explaining that it was for:

    The "Elimination of Discrimination Based on National Origins
     .... The use of a national origins  system is without basis in either logic or reason.
     ..... such a system is an anachronism, for it discriminates among applicants for admission into  
     the United States on the basis of accident of birth.

"President Kennedy also said:

    "natives of no one country should receive over 10 percent of the total quotaNumbers authorized
     in any one year. This will insure that the pattern of immigrationis not distorted by excessive
     demand from any one country.

"Unfortunately although President Kennedy's legislation was enacted into law, immigration discrimination has not ended, only the countries involved have changed. Mexicans account for about 32% of recent US legal immigrants and legalized illegal aliens and 80% of illegal aliens. Other Latin American countries also have high percentages compared to their world population percentage. These percentages are so high because of past illegal alien amnesties and continued allowance of illegal migration. If another illegal alien amnesty was passed, these percentages for Mexico and other Latin American countries would further increase. The Heritage Foundation has estimated that if the current 30 million (number from research by Bear and Stearns, the Heritage Foundation and the California for Immigration Stabilization) illegal aliens in the country now are given amnesty, that with family unification the number would grow to 100 million in the coming decades!

While Democrats claim their amnesty schemes send illegal aliens to the back of the immigration line, nothing could be further from the truth. You see, illegal aliens are ALREADY at the front of the line.

Compared to legal immigrants waiting for a visa overseas, most illegal aliens have a United States based paying job, access to US health care and education, plus their babies are granted automatic U.S. Citizenship and all its benefits. The only way for illegal aliens to be at the back of the immigrant visa line is for them to return to their country of origin and apply at the US Embassy there like everyone else in the world does including law abiding citizens of their own countries.

It should also be noted that the Democratic Party ignores the problems created for legal immigrants by illegal alien amnesties. Past amnesties for illegal aliens have almost tripled the waiting times for family unification of legal immigrants. Since the waiting times are now many years long, every year thousands of legal immigrants die while waiting for their green cards overseas, without ever having stepped foot in the USA.

So why does the Democratic Party support this discrimination?

It supports discrimination because it is an easy way for them to replace some of their current constituents who are not reproducing, groups such as gays; and radical feminists who have very low birthrates.

Poor, unhealthy and illiterate illegal aliens who receive amnesty are more likely to become Democratic constituents as they would require many government assistance programs. Increasing legal immigration is not as beneficial for the Democratic Party as illegal immigration and amnesty because it would not swell their numbers as massively or as quickly as granting amnesty to 30 million illegal aliens already here. Whereas legal immigration is about 1.2 million per year, illegal immigration has been estimated to be about 2 to 2.5 million annually by Bear and Stearns. Unlike the illegal aliens that would typically lean towards the Democratic Party, legal immigrants are, as demonstrated by their respect of our borders and laws, law abiding and far more self-reliant and less likely to come to depend on tax paid social assistance.

All political parties have from time to time supported discriminatory immigration policies however in our era it is clear the Democratic Party does not support equal opportunity immigration, and by supporting amnesty, the Dream Act, the Ag Bill (Agriculture cheap labor guest worker programs); and open borders in general, it shows they supports immigration discrimination as vigorously as ever.

Poll after poll indicates that a super majority exceeding 70% opposes amnesty in any form. Twice in one year the Democratic Party and handful of Republicans in the Senate introduced amnesty bills but both times they failed to gain support due to massive opposition from their constituencies. Since corporate employers of millions of illegal aliens continue to weigh in with their lobbying and influencing of our elected officials we are now seeing a new approach – piece meal amnesty instead of general amnesty.One such bill on the floor just now is Senate Bill 2205, the so called Dream Act. The strategy from the Democratic Party appears to be to break the dam one stone at a time until 30 million or more illegal aliens break loose in the end.

Just now New York state governor Eliot Spitzer has received a huge figurative slap in the face. Gov. Spitzer degraded the security of the New York state driver’s license by ordering through an Executive Order (devoid of public or legislative input) an order which could potentially allow up to a million illegal aliens in the state to vote Democrat in coming elections. This is made possible by the 1993 Motor Voter Act which allows any illegal alien who gets a driver’s license to vote without proof of United States citizenship.

The problem is that 72% of the New Yorkers, in the latest poll, oppose the governor’s maneuver to secure hundreds of thousands of ILLEGAL votes in coming elections. Ironically, the Democrat elected representative and the Party in New York that stand to gain the most from this illegal voting has turned against the Governor Eliot Spitzer with a fury. Why, the Party fears the backlash from the public from the Governor’s discriminatory immigration policy and the dishonest and illegal manner in which he attempted to gain votes for the Democrats. It is very dangerous at this time to continue the Democrat policy of discrimination in immigration policy, the public simply will not stand for it any more.

So not only does the Democratic Party support discrimination, they also support rewarding law breakers and penalizing the law abiding foreigners in order to increase their constituency. Talk about a culture of corruption and hypocrisy!

The state of New York will no longer require proof of citizenship for driver's licenses.

The driver’s licenses for illegal aliens bill was signed into law September 21 in the state capital by a grinning Governor Eliot Spitzer while getting backslapped by employers of illegal aliens, immigration law attorneys, churches that get a cut of government grants to aid mostly illegal aliens and brazen representatives of the increasingly politically aggressive illegal alien community.

The president of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, is supplying weapons to Al-Qaida, the international terrorist organization, with which to kill Americans in Iraq and Afganistan (NY Times Sept 20th, 2007). You and I would not trust Ahmadinejad loose in the United States with a valid New York driver’s license giving him access to places and information that are dangerous to us, but it does not bother Governor Eliot Spitzer one bit. Ahmadinejad has not gone missing in America yet, he is under constant watch, but did you know that between September 11, 2001 and September 11, 2005 91,000 persons from countries that harbor terrorism have been apprehended at our border with Mexico (According to the Secretary of Homeland Security, Michael Chertoff, it is estimated that for each one caught it is estimated that 4 or 5 are never spotted crossing).

Many of those apprehended had made a long journey starting in the Middle East and proceeding to Spain, then to South American, finally to Mexico and eventually, up to two years later and after paying up to $50,000 to Mexican criminal cartels, into our country through our unprotected borders?

Yes it is true. Border Patrol Agents, T. J. Bonner the President of the Border Patrol Agents, Texas Sheriffs, Congressmen, journalists and analysts have testified before Congress that persons of interest have been captured at our borders by the thousands! T.J. Bonner and several Congressmen (Poe, Norwood, Tancredo and Sensenbrenner among them) have testified that Border Patrol Agents and Supervisors have been prohibited by President Bush, the Secretary of Homeland Security and the former (disgraced) Attorney General Alberto Gonzales from speaking publicly about these captures.

Who would make a circuitous journey taking two years, through three continents, and after all those travel difficulties and costs pay an additional $50,000 to a Mexican criminal cartel to help them violate our borders? Could these persons of interest in paying so much money to get a minimum wage job at a 7-Eleven store in an illegal alien enclave in New York City?

According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Inspector General, between 2001-2005 “more than 91,000 aliens from Special Interest Countries or State Sponsors of Terrorism, were apprehended, of which 45,000 were later released” into American society. “This presents a significant risk due to the inability of CBP and ICE to verify the identity, country-of origin, and terrorist or criminal affiliation of many of the aliens being released.” Approximately 85 percent are then expected to abscond, or fail to appear for immigration hearings before the Court.

Imagine, on the eve of the remembrance of the 9/11 terror attack in New York that left over 3000 Americans dead and hundreds of thousands of family and friends grieving, Governor Eliot Spitzer hands a victory to up to a million illegal aliens in New York seeking a legal ID to pass as Americans. Illegal immigrants and terrorists illegally hiding in our country that have been unable to get a valid government issued drivers license are now welcomed by the Governor of New York to get one in the state of New York.

If a terrorist first slipped into our country legally past our Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) on a valid passport and visa and then when their identification expired went into hiding while waiting to get their orders from their handlers they would stand out for their lack of a valid identification, but in New York city, with the blessing of Governor Eliot Spitzer they will not have such worries.

Then there is the small matter of the Real ID Act which was signed into law on May 11, 2005. Regarding the issuance of a state driver’s license the law acts states:

 

Verification of U.S. Citizenship and Lawful Status

 

§202(c)(2)(A), (B)

Before issuing a DL/ID, a state shall require and verify valid documentary evidence that the person: (i) is a U.S. citizen, (ii) is an alien lawfully admitted for permanent or temporary residence, (iii) has a conditional permanent resident status, (iv) ) is a refugee or has been granted asylum, (v) has a valid, unexpired nonimmigrant visa or nonimmigrant visa status, (vi) has a pending application for asylum, (vii) has a pending or approved application for temporary protected status, (viii) has approved deferred status, or (ix) has a pending application for adjustment of status to that of an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence or conditional permanent resident status

 

Governor Spitzer holds a law degree from Harvard and was the Attorney General of the state of New York prior to becoming governor. His education and practical experience as Attorney General would suggest that he would understand the meaning and intent of the Real ID Act of 2005. Yet, by issuing New York driver’s licenses to illegal aliens and potential terrorists in hiding, he shows complete and callous disregard for the rule of law and our safety.

If you are a resident of the state of New York and are scratching your head on how you could have elected this political ally of the illegal alien cheap labor lobby, do not feel badly as it is perfectly understandable. Gov. Eliot has kept all his political option open by keeping his mouth shut. But if you elect him to any office in the future, given what you know now, you only have yourself to blame.

Governor Eliot Spitzer REPEATEDLY REFUSED TO PROVIDE ANY RESPONSES TO CITIZENS ON ISSUES THROUGH THE 2006 NATIONAL POLITICAL AWARENESS TEST when asked to do so by key national leaders of both major parties including:

• John McCain, Republican Senator

• Geraldine Ferraro, Former Democratic Congresswoman

• Michael Dukakis, Former Democratic Governor

• Bill Frenzel, Former Republican Congressman

• Richard Kimball, Project Vote Smart President

According to the 9/11 Commission Report, the 9/11 hijackers obtained 13 driver’s licenses (two of which were duplicates) and 21 USA or state-issued identification cards (usually used for showing residence in the U.S. or a state). What if we are targeted again and some of the terrorists were carrying New York State driver’s licenses? Would an apology from Governor Eliot Spitzer be sufficient then or would he deserve a special place in hell instead?

There are now at least 22 million illegal aliens in our country. The number is grows by the day. Between 4000 and 5000 violated our borders last night while you slept. As many as 1.2 million are added every year. There is not an industry or a service once done by American citizens for a middle class wage that is not now overwhelm with cheap illegal foreign workers and who knows what they are really here for? We cannot believe any of the government's assurances.

There is something you can do to help reverse the perverse callous disregard of our national security by those who profit from the massive invasion of cheap and docile illegal alien labor. The cheap labor profiteers want the borders open to ensure a continuous flow of cheap labor to replace American workers and or depress their wages by an oversupply of workers. Dangerous foreign nationals are squeaking through the same open borders. Demand that those you elect to office from presidential candidates down to the local level take a stand on border security and the enforcement of immigration law. Keep in mind that the more money they are able to amass for their campaigns the more likely they have already sold their souls to the illegal alien worker employers.

As you read this, a group of Senators who are indebted to cheap labor employers are trying for a third time in the last 12 months to grant AMNESTY to illegal aliens. They want Amnesty so that their employers do no lose a single day of cheap labor productivity which would accur if immigration laws were enforced. The first two times late last year and more recently this past May they suffered a disastrous defeat because of the huge number of Americans protesting their actions. But they refuse to give up - because there is too much money on the table. This time they call it the “Dream Act”. Be aware - Senator Durbin's “Dream Act” is the third stubborn attempt to grant Amnesty to illegal aliens by the millions in contradiction to the well documented opposition of the American people. FIGHT THESE SCOUNDRELS, You are not alone. Multiple recent polls show the Senate enjoys only a paltry 11% support from the people. Imagine, only about 1 in 10 Americans respect our Senators to do the right thing. I am a Congressional candidate in the State of California.

President Bush’s popularity and relevancy is plummeting to abysmally low levels. His unpopularity is only surpassed by that of, for example, the bi-partisan group of Senators who secretly plotted to give amnesty to up to 20 million illegal aliens currently employed by their political contributors. Let me illustrate why some Americans mistrust members of Congress even more than they mistrust the President. Senator John Cornyn of Texas, a patriot, introduced an amendment to the President’s amnesty bill (SB-1348) excluding vicious convicted gang members, felons, fugitive felons and terrorists from qualifying for amnesty and a path to citizenship. Few Americans would disagree with Sen. Cornyn’s proposal, right? Some senators are far from ordinary. Take Sen. Kennedy, for example. Senator Kennedy (D-MA), quickly protested the exclusion of hardcore criminals from consideration for citizenship. He was echoed by 10 Republican senators that drafted the amnesty bill in secret. They considered Sen. Cornyn’s amendment a threat to “their” bill. Those Senators are Mc Cain (R-AZ), Kyl (R-AZ), Graham (R-SC), Chamblis (R-GA), Domenici (R-NM), Hagel (R-NE), Graig (R-ID), Lugar (R-IN), Martinez (R-FL) and Specter (R-PA). These senators want to give amnesty to felons doing crimes that Americans won't do, can you imagine!

Americans are finding it hard to understand our government’s international entanglements, including collusion to allow the amnesty of 20 million illegal alien workers in the workforce. Today 5% of the workers in America are low paid illegal alien. Frankly, the voters do not trust the government’s motives or their actions. President Bush’s visit to Albania and support of Kosovo’s independence is a case in point. On March 24 th, 1999 the United States under President Bill Clinton unleashed a savage attack against Serbia for defending itself against Radical Islamist Jihadists that were carrying out terrorist acts against civilians in Kosovo. Attacks by Radical Islamist in the 1980’s 90’s and on 9/11 of 2001 are given by our government as justification for waging war against terrorism around the world. The attacks and threats against American citizens on our soil continue to this day. This year, Sulejman Talovic, a Muslim with ties to Bosnia (Yugoslavia) shot to death 5 people in Salt Lake City; Fort Dix, New Jersey in May of this year, Albanian terrorists with ties to Kosovo.

There is indisputable evidence that Jihadists and drug cartels were behind acts of terrorism against Serbia between 1996 and 1999; and evidence that Bin Laden helped finance those attacks.

The London Sunday Times in 1999 quoted Fatos Klosi, the head of the Albanian intelligence service, as saying a network run by Saudi exile Osama Bin Laden sent units to fight in the Serbian province of Kosovo.

Bin Laden is believed to have established an Albanian operation in 1994 after telling the government he headed a wealthy Saudi humanitarian agency wanting to help Albania, the newspaper reported.

Klosi said he believed terrorists had already infiltrated other parts of Europe from bases in Albania. Interpol believes more than 100,000 blank Albanian passports were stolen in riots last year, providing ample opportunity for terrorists to acquire false papers, the newspaper said.

Apparent confirmation of Bin Laden's activities came earlier that year during the murder trial of Claude Kader, 27, a French national who said he was a member of Bin Laden's Albanian network, the newspaper said. Kader claimed during the trial he had visited Albania to recruit and arm fighters for Kosovo.

Qaeda agent Ali Mohamed was detained by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in Vancouver, British Columbia in 1993, after attempting to pick up a man named Essam Marzouk, who was carrying two false passports. They identify Mohamed as a top al-Qaeda operative. Mohamed admitted to them that he traveled to Vancouver to help Marzouk sneak into the US and admits working closely with bin Laden. Years later, in 1997 the FBI reports that Mohamed left Canada to fight in Kosovo (Peter Lance, Triple Crossed P. 125)

According to the London Times, November 29, 1998, In 1994 Albanian Premier Sali Berisha reportedly helped bin Laden set up a network in Albania through Saudi charity fronts after bin Laden visited Albania. Berisha later used his property to train the KLA militant group. This was done in collaboration with the CIA.

In 2001, several Clinton administration top officials appeared on television to express their surprise and anger over the terrorist attacks on New York City and the Pentagon by agents of Osama bin Laden. But just two years before, they were accepting help from bin Laden in NATO's war on Yugoslavia. They were assisting the Kosovo Liberation Army which bin Laden was assisting with fighters trained in his camps in Afghanistan.

A story by Jerry Seper in the Washington Times on May 4, 1999, reported, "Some members of the Kosovo Liberation Army, which has financed its war effort through the sale of heroin, were trained in terrorist camps run by international fugitive Osama bin Laden—who is wanted in the 1998 bombing of two U.S. embassies in Africa that killed 224 persons, including 12 Americans." Seper said that newly obtained intelligence reports showed that the KLA had enlisted Islamic terrorists in its conflict with Serbia and that bin Laden's organization, known as al-Qaeda, had both trained and financially supported the KLA, which had been labeled a terrorist group by a Clinton State Department official.

In Congressional Testimony December 18, 2001, before the Subcommittee on International Operations and Terrorism, “Global Reach of Al-Qaeda”, J.T. Caruso, Acting Assistant Director of the Counterterrorism Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, explicitly tied Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda to the Radical Muslim Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) and the terrorist activities in the Kosovo Province of Serbia.

Bush is finishing the job that Clinton started. He is prepared to hand over to Albania, a country with terrorist ties and a country that waged jihad against Serbia to wrestle the province of Kosovo. By turning over Kosovo to Albanians, President Bush is giving his approval to the creating of a Greater Muslim Albania in Europe from which radical Islam can wage war against the West.

Is it just me, or are there serious contradictions in the President’s policies and actions. On the one hand six years after 9/11 Bush still has not secured our borders and has no serious intention of securing our borders. This website makes such guilty sounding disclaimers that there is no plan to create a borderless tri-lateral North American Union (NAU), that we can only speculate. NAU would be a threat to our sovereignty and to our heritage. For a measure of where President Bush stands on border security as a national priority take a look at the contradictory role that he has given to the Secretary of Homeland Security. You would think that Michael Chertoff should be 100% dedicated to securing our borders, but that is not the case. Chertoff’s job is largely to convince “wayward” Republican Senators and House members (who know better), that they should give amnesty to 20 million illegal aliens and that instead of 700 miles of fence already passed by the Senate and the House and signed into law by the President that they should be happy with a 320 mile fence instead – in effect to making our border defenses weaker.

California is closely approaching the point where half is inhabitants are Hispanic and millions of them are illegal aliens from Mexico. Today, many of our elected officials are of Mexican descent and quite a few of the prominent ones, like Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and State Senator Gil Cedillo, for example, take clearly pro-illegal alien positions that could be seen as favoring a demographic takeover of the state. Mayor Villaraigosa has nominated Los Angeles a Sanctuary City where illegal aliens are ensured a peaceful existence sheltered from the grip of the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency. State Senator Gil Cedillo introduces every term an assortment of laws which serve to encourage and make life more comfortable for illegal aliens, especially if they happen to be from Mexico. Senator Cedillo is adamant in lobbying for drivers licenses for people who are in the country illegally and who by definition are committing document and tax fraud to live here. California driver’s licenses would, if Cedillo got his way, make it easier for illegal aliens to conduct business and to receive tax-paid services.

An overwhelming number of illegal aliens from Mexico make the argument that they are not in this country “illegally” and that California in fact “belongs” to them. Imagine if one day illegal aliens from Mexico become such a large majority that they come to feel empowered to make a territorial claim. Let’s hope that such claims never come to pass and more importantly that they are not accompanied by acts of violence. But what if it did and what if it was the year 2020 and a world power like China were to bomb the United States for 79 days until we surrendered California to Mexico. That unlikely scenario for American is what American imposed on Serbia for defending itself against domestic and international terrorism. Would the United States tolerate foreign intervention in its internal affairs? Would American allow domestic terrorists to claim California on the grounds of a racial claim to the territory (California)?

It is not so strange that Bush is more popular in Albania than he is at home in the United States. He is going to make it official - the Serbian province of Kosovo is going to be surrendered to Muslim Albania under his presidency. Given his open-borders policies that have allowed 20 million illegal aliens to violate our borders, take our jobs and depress our wages; if California would ever pass to the control of Mexico either officially or unofficially his popularity in Mexico would far surpass his popularity at home also. If Bush keeps pursuing his pro-transnational, pro domestic profiteer open-borders and amnesty agenda, he is bound to become the best United States president Mexico ever had.

If you share my view that American nationalism is not an old fashioned idea and that President Bush cannot be trusted, we need to send him a strong message. The best way to send him a message is to deny the Republican National Committee and the State Republican Committees a dime in contributions. Contribute directly to any Democrat, Republican or Independent candidate that is irrevocably committed to the securing of our borders, the sovereignty of our nation and the protection of the American worker from massive cheap and docile legal or illegal immigration. Small donor contributions are down substantially into the RNC and the State Republican organizations. The Washington Times reported last week that contributions are down 40% from last year. The RNC was forced to close down it’s solicitation call center because it was not profitable. The RNC and the State organization will become our best channel of communication to our abysmally unpopular and hard of hearing president when their fund-raising runs into a solid and determined wall of resistance. In the general election in 2008 no candidate will get elected who is seen as a continuation of President Bush’s agenda. The Senate pulled the amnesty bill last Thursday, June 7 th for lack of consensus. There are billions of dollars at stake for the illegal alien employer profiteers, so do not think that will stand still. President Bush and company will try to revive it this week. Start calling immediately, President Bush will be back this week from celebrating Kosovo’s surrender to Muslim Albania. Upon his return he will try to strong arm Republicans to support his failed amnesty immigration agenda.
